Responsibilities

• Take charge of the quality development and sample quality control for Functional/ Active Wear
• Liaise with Quality Team in oversea headquarters for defining and applying quality assurance policies and procedures to Hong Kong Office
• Control and improve suppliers' quality by planning and executing in-house sample checking
• Screen potential problems in the production stage and supervise troubleshooting in order to facilitate a smooth production before shipment
• Support Merchandising department in providing technical advice and solutions
• Occasional Travel to China and South East Asia countries

Requirements

• Diploma or above in related disciplines (e.g. Textile, Apparel and Quality Management etc)
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience with experience gained in garment factory (Functional/ Active Wear) highly preferable
• Solid knowledge in sewing processing, finishing process (dyeing/coating/finishing), pattern making, garment fitting and production processing (knit/woven)
• Familiar with European markets and International Quality Standard such as AQL
• Open minded, flexible and good team player who is willing to take extra workload in case of need
• Computer Literacy (MS Office and Outlook)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
