Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare regular and ad-hoc analysis reports and presentation materials for Management review 
• Provide analysis and information to support marketing campaigns and events
• Coordinate with Sales Team to provide business analysis for performance management
• Prepare commission recommendation based on sales units performance
• Monitor team overall performance
• Perform task as assigned

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data and financial analysis is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
