Duties:

• Perform IT equipment installation, configuration and maintenance
• Design solution for Networking, Hardware and Software
• Provide technical support and help desk to customers 
• Onsite IT Support and Operation Training to Client

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
• Certificate holder of CCNA/MCTS/MCITP
• Experience with troubleshooting skills in networking or IT service
• Strong communication skill
• Immediate available is preferred
