Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee NPI and PIE departments
• Spearhead development of new products, specifications, and processes.
• Lead in daily operations of a group of engineers and deliver the KPI of company within the engineering and technical functions.
• Lead team members to drive structure and consistency the problem solving
• Drive yield improvement and low yield analysis.
• Monitor, manage & improve the efficiency & effectiveness of Engineering Dept.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Engineering Manager Level.
• Have background in high end consumer goods & electronics manufacturing experience
• Strong leadership with analytical skills and good team player
• Thorough knowledge of a technical field.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
