Responsibilities:

• To understand clients' demand and provide quality sales and technical support to clients
• Liaison with architects, consultants and contractors on technical proposal and budgetary analysis
• Familiar with tender specification and submission
• Able to close contract deals and have good negotiation ability
• Able to identify latest market trends and activities within the industry
• Support after-sales services and project management works

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in Engineering / Building & Construction is preferable
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in building construction industry preferably in architectural building materials / products, electrical or ventilation system
• Proven track record in sales works
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese. 
  
• Knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Can work independently, be self-confident, proactive and result-oriented
