• Support collection of receivables 
• Analyze payment trends and provide warnings/suggestions
• Prepare cash budgets 
• Monitor credit lines and factoring agent credit limits  
• Prepare credit ratio and analyze customer’s financials 
• Monitor cash conversion cycle (days sales outstanding, inventory turnover, etc.)

Requirements

• Degree in finance / accounting / business administration
• Three to five years experience in a credit/AR analysisrole
• Superior excel skills, VBA is a plus
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with any European language being a plus 
• Excellent reporting and communication skills
• Able to communicate with people from different cultures
• Self organized and capable of working independently 
• Able to work under pressure and proactively
