Responsibilities

• Performing front desk and administrative operation of the office, including answering client calls, managing meeting room bookings, greeting clients and visitors as well as managing centre facilities and equipment etc, to meet client satisfaction
• Handle any ad hoc assignment from the management and maintain a positive relationship with guests and clients by providing quality services and keeping effective communications

Requirements

• High Diploma or above (Fresh graduate would be welcomed)
• Experience in customer service, frontdesk or administrative operation in hotel, aviation or related industry would be an advantage
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skill would be a Must
• Open and detail mind with good manner and business sense
• Good team player with ability to work under pressure and willing to take new challenge
