Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the Accounting Team of 6 members to perform daily financial and accounting functions and preparation of consolidated financial statements in a timely manner;
• Review and implement continuous improvement on accounting procedures, systems and internal compliance;
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgeting, tax planning and financial analysis cope with HQ requirements;  
• Prepare quarterly financial reports with comments;
• Assist in the preparation of half-year and annual financial budgets and financial forecasts;
• Deal with internal and external parties, such auditors, bankers, lawyers and company secretaries;
• Participation in ERP system implementation and further improvement;
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification; 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience;        
• Familiar with HK accounting practice, tax and customs issues;
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Initiative and well organized with good interpersonal skills;
• Hands on, able to work under pressure and can meet tight deadline;
• Immediately available preferred.
