Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments for monthly management reporting, budget variance and other management reporting related matters
• Prepare financial management information and other ad-hoc reports for management
• Ensuring the accuracy of regulatory reporting and the compliance of relevant listing rules, rules and regulations under the local requirement
• Preparing annual budget and rolling forecasts, analyze and explain major variances between actual and budget to management
• Support the group accounting analysis and monitor the group performance index
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, candidate of professional organizations such as HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ commercial accounting experience, preferably in Retail/FMCG industry and listed companies
• Experience in auditing, financial planning & analysis, management reporting
• Exposure in handling accounting and management reporting issues in HK & PRC will be an asset
• Hands on experience on 金碟 accounting system
• Strong skill in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess good analytical, organizational skill and with business acumen
• Self-initiative and able to work independently under pressure
• Approachable with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Station in Panyu, Guangzhou
