Responsibilities

• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts;
• Need to know the requirements and taxation for each region;
• Review the monthly financial statements to summarize current financial status;
• Maintain day-to-day control of all accounting systems to ensure the complete and accurate processing of financial data in accordance with internal procedures;
• Review and reconcile all Inter-companies transactions;
• Perform monthly cash flow, quarterly forecast, variance analysis, annual budgets and supporting schedules;
• Compliance of local statutory and US GAAP;
• Support annual audit & tax return, compute corporate income tax and deferred tax provision;
• Perform ad hoc projects or duties.

Requirements

• CPA or Min Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification;
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial and management accounting;
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese (mandarin is a bonus);
• Travel to USA, Europe and Asia (Indonesia and India) regional offices if necessary.
