This is a 12-month contract position as a backfill to support our new ERP system implementation in Finance Department.

A good opportunity to join the established real estate company and REIT business in the landmark retail mall.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist to prepare and review of accounting records for timely and accuracy reporting
• Review and monitoring of accounts functions and processes as stipulated
• Involve in system implementation, including UAT, data cleansing and verification
• Supervise an assistant to facilitate the smooth process flow during system set-up and implementation
• Coordinate with departments for daily transactions

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with HKICPA or relevant professional qualification is perferable
• 4 years or above of solid experience in business or real estate sector, familiar with accounting process and internal control is pre-requisite
• Good communications skills, independent & meet tight deadlines
• Resourceful with high level of initiative and commitment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
