Responsibilities: -

• Follow up on student inquiry regarding course structure, course fee, course schedule
• To go through diagnostic/mock tests with prospects and recommend study plan and Kaplan programmes
• Work with Customer Service teammates on student enrollment and backup support for Program Management when necessary
• Work with Program Management teammate on assessment analysis and arrangement as well as participate in proctor, paper grading, course material distribution
• Attend seminars and mock exams to generate leads
• Generate report to management on leads status

Requirements: -

• University graduate in language or science field, familiar with the US education system
• Ability to provide test prep course advice specially in GMAT, GRE, SAT, SSAT & TOEFL
• Handle enquiry of Admission Counseling services
• Ability to work with Test Prep teachers, Customer Service and Program Management teammates to ensure quality service
• Native English speaker, Cantonese and Mandarin are also advantages
• Computer literacy including MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
• Effective communicator with team spirit
