Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for full sets of accounts
2. Review and reconcile the daily accounting operation of Hong Kong office and PRC factories
3. Ensure daily accounting operation are complied with proper policies and procedures;
4. Prepare and review monthly management report, sales analysis and financial statement;
5. Maintain audit program and related documentation, and report audit findings to management;
6. Co-ordinate the year-end stock count and ensure an accurate inventory record;
7. Perform other ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirements:

1. 8 years relevant working experience with 3 years at supervisory level;
2. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business;
3. Student member of professional bodies;
4. Computer literate and knowledge to run AS/400 systems;
5. Mature, independent and able to work under pressure;
6. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
7. PRC manufacturing experience is a must;
8. Travel to PRC factories is required;
9. Immediate availability or short notice period is advantageous.
