Our client is a listed company with businesses in processing and trading of fabric, entertainment and financial services industries. They are looking for high caliber to join their family.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute annual financial and business strategies which are align with the company objectives
• Formulate plans for short/medium/long term business
• Conduct analysis for the financial performance of the company and prepare strategic reports to the management and the Board of Directors
• Monitor and lead the Accounting and Finance Department to perform duties
• Assist in reviewing and improving the accounting and finance structure, preparing reports, tax planning, reviewing the budgetary policies and procedures
• Provide supports in audit programs, budget control and cash flow management
• Conduct compliance reviews on listing rules and corporate governance
• Liaise with the related parties regarding the businesses E.g. SFC, lawyer, external auditors, etc

Requirements:

• Degree or above, in Corporate Finance or other business related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years solid financial experience
• Experience in M&A handling
• Experience in financial services, entertainment, manufacturing and trading industries is preferred
• In-depth knowledge in accounting and finance as well as Hong Kong financial regulations
• Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Meticulous, sensitive to numbers and market trends
• Good people and management skills
• Responsible, independent, self-motivate, result-oriented, good time management
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Financial Controller.
