Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts and daily transactions with ERP system

Prepare journal entries

Responsible for issuing sales invoice and maintaining sales ledger

Monitoring Accounts Receivable Collection

Responsible for accounts payable and payment preparation

Reconcile bank accounts and sub-ledger accounts

Prepare cash flow, management accounts and accounting analysis

Maintain effective communication with other business units

Assist Group Controller on ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

Minimum 3 year solid experience in handling GL, AR, AP and financial reporting

Knowledge in accounting software

Mature, proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadline.

Well organised and strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good PC skills in MS Excel and Word

Good Command of both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
