Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for consolidating financial data from other departments and preparing the financial analysis especially related to property development projects
• High level review of monthly financial statement and budget of partnership property development projects
• Prepare the cash flow forecast on consolidated, company and project level
• Assist Finance Director for the management report and presentation materials for management review
• Assist Finance Director to perform cash flow management and make suggestion on onshore cash flow planning
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of project payments and monitor the actual payments under budgetary control of partnership property development projects
• Capital and deposit preparation for bidding lands
• Arrangebank loans and capital injection in project level
• Prepare and monitor the property asset portfolio in China and doing valuation assessment of property assets
• Coordinate the finance operations work with local finance team
• Communication with external lawyers and accountantson ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics with CPA/CFA holder is a plus
• At least 8 years’ experience in corporate management accounting, auditing with working experience in property developer is a plus
• Strong in management reporting, financial analysis and cash flow forecast
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines is required
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing is a MUST and other financial software
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager

Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in compiling of the PRC fund deposit placement work & daily operations
• Assist in compiling PRC project data including the source of finance in order to plan the requirement of the project funding
• Assist in the liaison with the PRC bank in relation to the loan application, loan repayment and interest payment
• Assist manager in dealing with other ad-hoc finance administration work

 Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance or any related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ Financial or Banking experience, with working experience in PRC Property Development is a plus
• Familiar with PRC bank loan application & repayment, cash flow forecast is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing is a MUST
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
