Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile the daily accounting operation;
• Prepare breakdown schedules and analysis for accounts receivables, accounts payables and stock;
• Supervise billing and incoming stock entries;
• Assist ad hoc assignments;

 Requirements 

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance;
• LCC Hinger/AAT/ACCA level 1
• At least 5 years relevant experience;
• Knowledge of bills payable and shipping documents;
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded with committed attitude and positive mindset;
• Work independently, well organized, with good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
• A good team player and with experience in supervising a team;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
