Responsibilities

• - Monthly accounting tasks for the SPVs

  - Timely preparation of financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis

  - Timely preparation of SFC FRR compliance semi-annual reports

  - Work effectively with other service providers such as company sec, auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance

  - Staff expense reimbursement and other invoice payments processing

  - Assist in preparation and/or review investor allocations

  - Assist in the calculation of capital call and distributions

  - Respond to client inquiries and resolve client's queries

  - Participate in annual budgeting and assist in monthly performance reporting

  - Assist in general administration and other ad hoc assignments

   

  
  

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance & Accounting or High Diploma minimum, CPA or CA preferred

- Min. 3-5 years solid experience with PE fund, fund administration, or big 4 preferred

- Strong spreadsheet and system skills

- Proactive approach, detail oriented and analytically minded

- Team player, eager to learn and progress

- English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) mandatory to liaise with teams across the region
