About the Job

This is a full time position.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should be an accurate and fast typist with excellent customer service and accounting skills who will deal with clients, be confident and have a polite telephone manner and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You should be a well-organized person with strong administrative skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • General office duties.
  • Answer incoming calls from new and existing clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ensure the smooth office running environment at all times.
  • Legalization of documents/apostilles;
  • Submission of documents to Companies Registry for registration.
  • Dealing with IRD, CR, Commissioner for Oath, High court.
  • Register new client's enquiries on a daily basis onto the company database and amend accordingly
  • Resolve queries and concerns efficiently and effectively
  • Liaise with relevant internal/external departments to support delivery of excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework
  • Take personal responsibility and work hard to achieve a balance of high productivity whilst providing excellent service
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks/duties to support the business as directed by line management
  • Bookkeeping - data input, checking & filing - invoices & bank transactions & business transactions
  • Accounting - full set of accounts, communication with auditors and clients

 

Skills/qualifications:

  • Solid experience in the banking/accounting/consulting sphere is required.
  • Must have working experience in Hong Kong
  • Prior extensive experience in companies’ formation field is an advantage.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English is a must.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literacy, excellent spelling and grammar
  • Familiar with Excel & MYOB accounting software
  • Professional attitude
  • Well-presented and business like
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Pays attention to details and records information accurately
  • A high-level of self-confidence and motivation and the ability to work on their own initiative and self-manage their workload
  • To work effectively as part of a team with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude with the willingness to assist
  • Able to get on with others and be a team-player
  • Claim, logical, good time management 

 

All Applicants must be Permanent Residency of Hong Kong or hold a valid Hong Kong working permit.
