Duties :

• Coordinate with local customers and overseas vendors for order processing, shipment arrangement and payment
• Liaise with forwarders on shipment details and logistic arrangement
• Provide sales administrative and clerical support to the sales team
• Maintain and update necessary records, documents, and reports as required
• Email correspondence
• Tradelink declaration
• General office duties or any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements :

• F.7 or above & minimum 5 years solid trading experience in order processing and shipment follow-up
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Independent, well-organized, detail-oriented and responsible
• Working knowledge and ability with SAP system is advantageous
• Contract period : Dec, 2013 to Mar, 2014
