Responsible for general accounting duties, handle and resolve accounting inquiries and issues for client

• Handle billings and invoicing matter
• Liaise and communicate with auditors and external clients for statutory audit and tax returns filing
• Prepare periodic and regular management reports, month-end closing, monthly financial reports and analysis
• Handle full sets of account for clients(*)
• Perform daily book-keeping(*)

(*) relevant if the staff is required to provide accounting and bookkeeping services to clients

Requirements:

• Immediately available is highly preferred
• A minimum of 4-5 years accounting/auditing working experience in commercial firm experience
• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or AAT or HKICPA student or equivalent
• Familiar with the accounting standards and taxation requirements
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of internal control 
• Multi-task, strong adaptability on the fast-changing business environment
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Good team player, Self-motivated, independent, mature, stable with strong sense of integrity and responsibility, detailed-oriented, well-organized
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
