Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports, interim & annual reports and variance analysis for management
• Prepare bank reconciliations, record and reconcile banking transactions
• Coordinate with regulatory and government bodies such as tax authorities, lawyers, bankers and external auditors
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Occasional travel to PRC is required

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines with professional qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in international audit firm, with experience in listed company is an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline
• An energetic and proactive team player
• Good command of verbal and written English and Mandarin
