Responsibilities

• Handling full sets of account and month/year end closing for Type 1,4,9 licensed brokerage business
• Ensure timely financial reporting to management
• Assist HR in performing payroll, staff allowances as required
• In-depth knowledge SFO and apply in daily accounting operations
• Prepare daily and monthly FRR returns
• Support and ensure the completion of annual financial audit
• Perform daily client money segregation according to SFO requirements
• Liaise with internal / external parties on accounting and finance matters

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
• Over 10 years’ experience with accounting
• Experience with securities firm is required
• Detail oriented be able to work under pressure
• Familiar with accounting system software, Microsoft Office applications
• Well-organized, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
