Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Degree holder with majoring in Law or Finance or  related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years' experience either in PRC or Hong Kong property industry
• Experience in financial analysis, risk control, property sales and marketing duties preferable etc.
• Familiar with PRC property market not a necessary but definitely an advantage
• Assistant risk department head to review PRC property sales related matters regarding marketing materials, legal, risk and financial etc.  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, detail-minded, good analytical skills and well-organized etc.
• Hong Kong Stationed and occasionally travel to China is an essential
