Job Responsibilities 

- Prepare financial reporting, liaise with auditor and file tax return

- Manage accounting team, job includes month end closing, identify & recommend potential risk

- Prepare monthly budget, compare and control with financial data

- Develop and enhance company policies, procedure and internal control

- Assist in treasury function, including cash, account receivable and payable

- Provide financial analysis, valuation and various information to stakeholders

- Assist in quality assurance for each business unit

- Assist in contract review/legal documents and company secretary function

Job Requirements

- University degree major in Accounting and Finance, CPA preferred

- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in IT/Service industry

- Self motivated, independent, responsible, diligent, able to meet tight deadline

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
