Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Supervise team members to handle daily accounting operation such as global invoicing, transactions with customers and suppliers
• Handle Treasury functions
• Support and supervise overseas offices relating to month-end closing, accounting policies and procedures and internal control procedures, etc
• Handle month-end financial reporting including preparation and review of monthly financial statements on a timely basis
• Prepare variance analysis, reports and schedules, etc on a timely basis
• Formulate and enhance the financial procedure to cope with the operational needs of the business
• Liaise with various parties to facilitate all kinds of accounting duty
• Compliance with statutory, regulatory and shareholder reporting requirements
• Handle full set of books independently
• Perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as requested

 

Things you should bring along / Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, with professional qualification is preferred
• Members of recognised accounting professional association ( HKICPA or ACCA or AIA etc)
• Minimum 6 years accounting experience with 3 years in supervisory level
• Previous working experience at MNC is advantage
• Well-versed in computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Office Excel
• Proactive, result-oriented, independent, detail-minded, hands-on, responsible and able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Strong communication skills, good written and spoken English and good problem solving skill
