Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform weekly, monthly tracking of sales and revenue or other KPIs
Prepare monthly financial reports in a timing manner to the highest accuracy
Reconciliation of month end actual financials with business partners to ensure accurate and complete monthly billing and accounting
Perform monthly and quarterly forecast and annual budget
Summarize data from various financial systems, develop and present data in meaningful formats and reports
Prepare and design various kind of financial reports and analysis for different business units in Asia Pacific Region
Assist Financial Planning & Analysis Manager on ad hoc project/reports

Key Requirements:

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
A minimum 1 years' relevant working experience is preferred
Fresh graduate would be also considered
Ability to handle massive data and present financial information in reports effectively
Good team player and able to communicate with different business partners in Asia Pacific
Proactive, detail-minded, analytical, stable and independent
Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and knowledge in TM1 and Oracle will be an advantage
