Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily estimation of Liquid Capital in compliance with FRR;
• Maintain daily cash flow and client’s money;
• Prepare monthly financial and management accounts, and monthly FRR returns;
• Perform daily accounting duties, including receipts, payments, accruals and expense bookings;
• Liaise with external auditors, banks and external related parties;
• Prepare other reports and assist in special/ ad hoc projects as required or requested by supervisor.

Requirement:

• Higher diploma or above qualification in Finance / Accounting;
• Full / Student Member of ACCA / HKICPA is preferred;
• 3-5 years of solid accounting experience in securities brokerage, including but not limited to IPO financing, underwriting / placement, securities margin financing;
• Responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of Peachtree System is an advantage;
• Fluent spoken in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage;
