Responsibilities:

• Check data in ERP system to ensure accuracy
• Reconcile monthly statements from customers to ERP records
• Prepare analysis reports
• Support daily operation, verify and process AP/AR transactions and other financial transaction
• Handle ad hoc task when assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Associate Degree /Higher Diploma educational level
• LCCI intermediate or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Familiar with Flex or Kingdee System is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel application and good computer knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills and language proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Detail minded, responsible & able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Immediate available is preferred
• Working in Fotan, Shatin.
