Job Description

• Analyse natural resources projects and assess technical data, including charts, tables and computer files (resource model)
• Create and maintain advanced database on the natural resource industry
• Prepare business and technical documents
• Prepare presentation materials for both internal and external use
• Prepare technical reports and maps
• Conduct research of client information
• Supervise site activities such as data verification programs
• Technical support for client pitching, client meeting, and relationship management

Job Requirement

• University graduates in one of the following disciplines

         - BSci (earth science or related discipline);

         - BSci (mining economics or any other mining related discipline); OR

         - BCom (finance/accounting) with previous experience in the natural resources industry

• Major in Geoscience, Geotechnical, Geology, Mining Engineering, or Metallurgy is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Native mandarin is a plus)
• Strong interests in natural resources, experience in mineral or energy projects is preferred
• Willing to travel (business trips and site visits worldwide, including but not limited to the PRC)
• Familiar with common MS programs, eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
• Organized, willing to take challenges, willing to learn and take inititive, independent, enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated
• Great passion for career development in technical consulting and economic analysis in the natural resources industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to establish/maintain good relationship with customers
• Ability to communicate and work with experts and specialists from multiple disciplines and cross-geological locations
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
