Responsibilities:

• Perform management accounting functions including various reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis on regular or ad hoc basis
• Monitor financial accounting operations in Hong Kong office and the PRC factory
• Advise and implement financial control in various business units
• Track and analyze material cost, and update costing system
• Handle inventory analysis and work with operations teams to develop action plans for improving inventory flow
• Assist in preparing and presenting financial analysis to management to support business decisions
• Regular travel to the PRC factory required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• At least 3 years costing experience in manufacturing industry
• Sound knowledge in costing and financing analysis
• Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in MS applications and familiar with Oracle environment
• Details-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines and in dynamic environment
