The Role:
The Credit Control Officer will work with Credit Controller and is accountable for credit management, monitoring and collection of accounts receivables.

Responsibilities:
• Report to Credit Controller and proactive in taking steps for timely collection of accounts receivables;
• Handle enquiries from customers and internal department on the collection status of shipment;
• Monitor the procedure of hold / release customer’s shipment by checking the payment of COD customers;
• Contact customers with overdue payments and determine the reasons for non-payment;
• Maintain efficient records of collection activities;
• Issue monthly Debtor statement to customers;
• Issue dunning letters to overdue accounts;
• Assist in preparing monthly overdue aging reports;
• Process small claims court complaints;
• Prepare Autopay collection via on-line banking or credit card;
• Prepare ad hoc work as assigned.

Requirements:
• Diploma holder with 3 years+ relevant experience in a multi-national environment;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-driven with high levels of integrity, excellence and teamwork;
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to be detail oriented;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Familiar with Sun Accounting System would be an advantage.
