Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling accounting functions including NAV calculations, PL reporting, year-end financial statements and other fund and investor related reports
• Track and review performance of funds
• Assist in research and produce graphical analysis on funds
• Coordinate between investors, fund managers and custodians for resolving any issues that may arise
• Assist in handing ad-hoc projects when required
• To maintain and submit accurate daily timesheets on billable hours

Candidate:

• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in financial services
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic track will be considered
• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or Economics
• Working towards HKICPA or similar qualifications
• Optimistic, self-driven and positive attitude individual
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Client focussed and details orientated
• Excellent communication skills at both spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential
• MS Office Suite
• Investrack and/or VPM software experience is highly advantageous
