Job Descriptions

• Responsible to prepare consolidated financial statements of the group;
• Preforming reconciliations and accounts analysis;
• Preparing sales analysis report;
• Assisting Finance Manager to supervise the accounting operation of offshore subsidiaries;
• Handling company secretarial works of the company and its HK subsidiaries;
• Assist in cash flow management of the companies;
• Monitoring daily accounting operation are complied with proper policies and procedures;
• Participate in projects including enhancement of operational and accounting system development and internal controls;
• Performing order ad hoc assignments as required.

Key Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting or Finance;
• At lease 6 year's relevant experience in commercial accounting with minimum 4 years of supervising experience;
• Knowledge/experience in PRC tax regulations and accounting is an added advantage;
• Good in communication skill, both in terms of English as well as Mandarin and need to travel to PRC office on occasional basis for managing purpose;
• Mature and self-motivated;
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision;
• Familiar with PC skills in MS word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available or short notice period is highly preferred.
