We are now looking for a talented Accounting and Administration Assistant. This person will report directly to the Finance Controller. We want someone open minded and energetic who is ready to take on a variety of responsibilities in an international environment where new opportunities and challenges arise on a daily basis.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Handle fully bookkeeping and ensure a proper document filling

• Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis

• Work closely with sales and purchase team to ensure payments are done/received on time

• Support actively the Payroll and Human Resources process

• Assist internal and external audit

• Manage the reception area (Company phone calls and mails/parcels)

• Ensure the office has an optimal level of stationery and maintain good relations with suppliers

• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required by the Finance Controller

• Undertake any other duties assigned

   

  YOU

• Accounting diploma or bachelor’s degree

• At least 3 years’ experience in Accounting

• Knowledge of Hong Kong labour law and Employees Visa Applications

• Have an experience with ERP (Netsuite is an advantage) and proficient MS Office skills is required

• Fluent English and Cantonese (French language skills would also be ideal)

• Have strong detail-oriented organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

• Dynamic and outgoing person who enjoy working with others in an international environment

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Have ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment

• Immediately Available is highly preferable
