Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operations and tasks associated with the Global Talent Management team.
• Project Management Support of global talent management initiatives and programs: including but not limited to meeting arrangements; project plans updates; program logistics; participants tracking.
• Talent Metrics: Support the team on updating and validating talent metrics data.
• Communication: Edit and format various PowerPoint presentations and documents as well as do meeting notes/recap.
• Data Management: track organizational changes; Maintenance of SharePoint documents/folders (box)
• Research recent talent management trends and Industry Benchmarks

Requirements

• Fluent English (both spoken and written), other language is a plus
• Bachelor degree holder
• 1-3 years of Project Management experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Strong Analytical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Human resources experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 1-year contract (renewable upon satisfactory performance)
