We are looking for Type 1, 4, 6, or 9 Responsible Officer candidates of high caliber with flowing requirements:  

Requirement: 

• Bachelor degree and preferably in Finance or related disciplines
• Current holder of SFC unconditional Responsible Officer ("RO") license for Type 1, 4, 6 or 9 regulated activities preferred. However, well experienced representative and qualified candidates to apply for the RO will also be considered if they have 5+ years’ experiences.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience 
• Knowledge in fund set up and/or securities firm operation
• Team work, good interpersonal and communication skills

Major Duties:

• Act as RO with management responsibilities and to supervise SFC regulated activities
• Assist in SFC application, update and enhance the Company’s policies, guidelines and procedures
• Assist in Fund set up, research and portfolio management
• Overall supervision of daily operation to ensure the compliance with the Company policies, statutory rules and regulations
• Flexible working hour RO (Part-time) will also be considered
• Excellent command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English will be essential.
• Supervise and manage daily securities/brokerage/asset management operations for local markets, including the account opening process, account maintenance and customer services
• Provide advice and support to the top management on strategic activities and daily operations in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and applicable laws as well as credit and risk control management
• Assist in writing and maintaining proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures, including operational and risk control procedures
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
