Responsibilities:

 

• Participate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting

• Prepare monthly Group consolidated budget vs actual expenses variance analysis

• Prepare financial analysis and monthly management reports as requested

• Monitor the overall short term and long term financial performance per budget and forecast

• Participate process re-engineering and improvement

• Work with colleagues across the organization to support Operations Accounting and able to identify weaknesses and risks in work flows

• Prepare / support various reporting and analysis presentations

• Any other ad hoc assignments, as requested

   

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines

• Member / student member of professional accountancy bodies

• At least 3 years of working experience in accounting is required preferred in retail

• Previous audit experience is ideal

• Self-motivated, good analytical mind, meticulous and detail-minded

• Independent, sense of responsibility and willing to work under pressure

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Effective analytical, organization and communication skills

• Good command of spoken English / Mandarin, and written in English and Chinese

• Computer literacy particularly in MS Excel and Powerpoint
