Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in performing daily settlement operation, including securities, futures & options, FX and corporate actions
• Define and monitor day-to-day settlement procedures to streamline workflow, provide good quality of services
• Act as a partner with internal departments, including IT, compliance and other stakeholders to resolve settlement issues
• Ensure operational procedures in compliance with all relevant external regulators and in house policies
• Responsible for system modification and enhancement tasks to meet business needs and UAT testing
• Identify and assess opportunities for change, development and improvement
• Handle ad hoc project when needed

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent professional education
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in settlement operations
• Familiar with CCASS and BOS system operation 
• Good understanding on SFC regulation and guidelines
• Able to lead implementation in various settlement system projects and carry out UAT
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
