Responsibilities:

• Identify the training needs, develop and deliver training solutions for the company and to cope with business strategies
• Set objectives, goals and plans for on-the-job training events and deliver effectively
• Coach and lead staff and a team of In-Store trainers on how to maximize their customer service performance through job planning, set up and follow through by field audits, review audit results from mystery shoppers and complaint cases etc.
• Assure all staff are being trained to acquire new skills needed for advancement
• Deliver trainings with company’s culture to build staff’s skills that will meet the operations’ needs
• Inspect operations and make sure is to the company standard; also offer creative and ingenious ideas for change and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management or other related disciplines. Any qualified trainer or relevant qualification would be an advantage
• Possess a minimum 5 years’ management proven track experience record in service / hotel / retail industry
• High level of flexibility, support and motivate others
• Confident, open, organized and a clear communicator. Must be passionate about the service industry
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be preferred
• Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Presentable with good analytical skills and learning abilities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Training Manager
