Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform investment research, due diligence, financial modelling and deal execution;
• Prepare and present investment memo to the Group's Investment Committee;
• Monitor post-integration project performance;
• Maintain and track data/metrics on specific finance tools and economic trends;
• Assist in ad hoc projects;
  
  
  

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Big four accounting firm, experience in M&A transaction and/or real estate industry exposure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, surveying or property related disciplines;
• Self-initiative team player and be able to work independently
• Well organized, detail oriented and with analytical mind
• Strong writing, presentation and financial analytical skills
• Fluency in Reading/Writing in both Chinese & English.
