Job Duties:

• Lead the Marketing Support Team and Telesales Team in various support sales activities
• B2B sales lead generation by appointment setting
• Monitor team performance
• Work with business owners for segment penetration and sales lead distribution

 
Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education with minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in banking or financial institutions
• B2B sales/telesales experience is preferred
• Good in communications and interpersonal skills
• Previous leadership and supervisory experience are preferred
• Good in written English and Chinese
• Fluency in Cantonese spoken, fair spoken English

Less experience candidate will be considered as Team Leader position.
