Job Description
Job Duties:
- Lead the Marketing Support Team and Telesales Team in various support sales activities
- B2B sales lead generation by appointment setting
- Monitor team performance
- Work with business owners for segment penetration and sales lead distribution
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education with minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in banking or financial institutions
- B2B sales/telesales experience is preferred
- Good in communications and interpersonal skills
- Previous leadership and supervisory experience are preferred
- Good in written English and Chinese
- Fluency in Cantonese spoken, fair spoken English
Less experience candidate will be considered as Team Leader position.
We offer 5-day work, medical insurance and commission scheme.
