Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all administration work including company insurance, telephone and network system, office renovation and maintenance, motor vehicles license renewal, etc.
• Responsible for some HR functions including compensation & benefits, payroll calculation, personnel record, attendance and leave record and MPF administration.
• Assist Personnel & Administration Manager to implement company policies and procedures.
• Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in HR management or related discipline, degree holder will be an advantage.
• At least 3 years all-rounded personnel and administration working experience.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance, Taxation and MPF Ordinance.
• Solid experience in handling office administration and renovation.
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Immediate available is preferred
