Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations including deal matching, daily trade transactions and CCASS/DCASS operations;
• Manage daily settlement of multi products including equities, global securities, futures, options and other derivatives in Hong Kong and global markets ;
• Ensure a smooth running of the stock pledge processing, day-end procedures, stock reconciliation, financial settlement, and deposit and withdrawal;
• Review policies, rules & procedures and systems, and streamline operational processes in order to maintain quality services and control operational risks;
• Undertake ad hoc project, and participate in market rehearsal / UAT if required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in any disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years relevant experiences in settlement operations;
• Hands on experience in operating CCASS / DCASS;
• Excellent team management and strong communication skills;
• Mature, responsible and able to achieve the tasks within the timeline;
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
