Job Description

Responsibilities:

As Team Head, you are required to manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets and other targets pre-set by the Bank and serving existing clients and solicit new trade finance business and cross sell various investment products
As SRM/RM, you are required to serve existing clients and solicit new trade finance business and cross sell various investment proudcts
Conduct regular credit reviews and monitor credit quality of all portfolios in the team
Establish and maintain strong network and relationship with various business clients
Ensure professional service are provided and in compliance with the Bank’s internal policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

University degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines
For Team Head, min. 8 years’ relevant experience in MME/Large Corporate, which at least 3 years' at supervisory level leading a team to achieve pre-set business performance
For SRM/RM, at least 3 years relevant experience in Commercial Banking
Strong sales background with ability to expand channels to grow the business
Experience in leading a sales team and strong sales background with a ability to expand channels to grow the business
Strong sales management experience, Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
