The Role

The role of a consultant is to work with our clients (companies who wish to recruit personnel) from the banking industry in identifying and sourcing for key talent from the middle to senior level management levels. You will also be providing career consultation services to candidates (individuals who seek a career change/progression). 

Requirements:

• Degree in ANY discipline
• Prior Experience is not a must as we are looking for individuals with the RIGHT ATTITUDE.
• You must be resourceful, highly self-motivated, have a never-give-up attitude and be able to work well under pressure.
• Our ideal applicant will likely be several of the following: confident, dynamic, creative, persistent, and possess a natural flair to engage and deal with senior professionals.
