Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the sales team;
• Responsible for Institutional Clients development;
• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing clients
• Ensure rules and regulations of the relevant regulatory authorities complied
• Develop and implement the strategic plan to grow the business and increase market share
• Provide professional investment advice on Hong Kong and overseas markets to institutional investors
• Undertake ad hoc assignments or special business projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Finance, Business Administration or related subjects;
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in institutional sales;
• Holder of related SFC license is preferred;
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, able to work under pressure and independent;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills;
• Proficient in spoken & written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) & English.

• 最少8年在證券或金融行業工作；
• 需持有有關證監會牌照﹔
• 有責任感及組織能力，能夠在壓力和獨立的情況下工作;；
• 具有良好的溝通技巧及表達能力；
• 能操流利英語 / 普通話 / 廣東話(書寫及會話)；
