Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support for customer relationship management (CRM) in Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) sector
• Analyze customer base to enhance business operations: profiling, segmentation, targeting, and campaign evaluation.
• Implement SAS scripts for data extraction, transformation, analysis, predictive model development and scoring.
• Formulate ad hoc analytics and develop analytical solutions to for business questions.
• Devise data exploration, data quality checking, data-mart developments and enhancements.
• Develop new methodologies and tools to enhance the group’s analytical capabilities.

Requirements:

• SQL skills is a must.
• Prior development experience to understand various transformation sheets.
• Prior programming experience in any languages ( UNIX etc) to understand the flow of SAS code.
• SAS knowledge will be an advantage
• Any prior experience in data analysis will be an advantage.
• interaction with clients directly.
• Prior UAT testing experience.
