Responsibilities:

• Monitor and measure the performance of all digital touch point, including corporate websites, social media, EDM and online marketing activities across paid, owned and earned media channels, interpret and analyze website / digital campaign / media performance data;
• Generate regular reports on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to develop optimization and strategic recommendations for future digital activity;
• Manage the launch, perform post-launch review, and optimize all campaigns to ensure targeted KPI are achieved;
• Responsible for evaluating website analytics in order to optimize the browsing experience and search engines result, including conversations rate, rankings and website traffic;
• Provide recommendations for enhancing the website architecture, UX, content, linking and other factors in order to strengthen the website performance;
• Stay on top of digital marketing, advertising technology and analytics industry trends;
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, optimization and content creation for SEO.

Requirements:

• University degree in marketing, communications, information technology or related discipline;
• 7-year solid digital & social marketing experience, with a minimum of 4-year of digital analytic experience;
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, digital media, digital channels and marketing analytics;
• Must have paid, owned, and earned digital analytics experience (digital media, online video, mobile, website, social analytics, etc);
• Must have strong experience in using Omniture SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, and Google Tag Manager;
• Must be able to drive and proposal channel measurement & optimization strategy that align with marketing/business objectives;
• Knowledge of and experience of working with advertising channels (Google AdWords, ，baidu, wechat, Facebook, pay per click, etc.);
• Must have ability to utilize advanced Excel features;
• Knowledge and experience of CRM a plus;
• In-depth knowledge in SEO/SEM and experience in draw the traffic through Google, Baidu, WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Twitter etc.
