Responsibilities:

• Handle account opening including KYC, Document checking and system input
• Handle client data screening for AML purpose
• Account opening document scanning and filing
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in securities and/or futures business
• Holder of relevant SFC license (Type 1 and/or Type 2 regulated activities ) is a must
• Responsible, patient, self-motivated, independent, systematic and detail-minded
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is required
• Strong PC skills & proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
